Listing your First Product

[IMPORTANT NOTE]

Product images must meet our mandatory requirements. Images that do not meet the requirements will be rejected. 

• Product name, ingredient list and key product information on product packaging must be in English (or legible sticker pasted if product packaging is not in English)

• Name and address of local food business on the product packaging image

• Brand, Product Type, Variant/sub-variant, and Pack Size, Country of Origin to tally with product image uploaded

• No testimonials 

• Does not indicate as Number 1 brand without valid claims 

• Must not make claims that has no supporting credibility 

• Images that shows the different range across the products 

• Indecent images or words 

• Dietary attribute requested to display on the website must be shown clearly on the image packaging (e.g. Halal). Please refer to Chapter 2.3 for submission of the mandatory relevant certifications (for Halal, Healthier Choice Symbol, and/or Organic tags).

Image Requirement

Step 1: Click on 'Article Creation' -> 'Uploaded Images'

Step 2: If you have multiple listing templates submitted, select the appropriate form number.

Step 3: Select the SKU you would like to upload images for, click upload and select the image you wish to upload from your computer folder.

Step 4: Once image is submitted successfully, you would see a preview of the image you have submitted. Up to four images can be submitted.
