Earth Mod
Earth Mod is a world ran originally on the Lethantia Network Realm, later switched to an official server. Created as a geopolitical simulation, this was a way for players to have a vanilla survival experience on a replica of the world map, to scale. This world was launched on October 22nd, 2019, and currently acts as the standard survival world for the Minecraft Tribes community.
The First Era began with the initial launch of the world on the date given above, and ended with the premiere date of Minecraft Tribes VI, January 5th, 2020. The Second Era began on March 4th, 2020, a few days after the Minecraft Tribes season had finished and abruptly ended on April 5th. Because of the dramatic changes intended to be made to the legislative structure of Earth Mod, events and nations levels were dropped. As a result for gaining the most level upgrades over any other country, the leader of Fiji, LurkingIsCrazy was declared the winner of the first two eras.
The Third Era renews the world with a new system of gameplay. Instead of players acting as leaders of nations with well defined borders, players now are responsible for maintaining influence over the regions they inhabit, with a much larger world accommodating for the increase in players.
Rules (First and Second Eras)
Setting Up a Nation
1. Upon joining the world for the first time, players will select an unclaimed pre-existing nation of the world. A maximum of two players are allowed per country. If a new player does not wish to claim a country, they are free to ask any other leader of a claimed nation, which has the vacancy of another player open, to allow them to become a resident of their nation. The leader of the nation must accept this offer for the request to go through.
a. In the event that one player alone wishes to claim a nation, they will automatically become the leader of the country which they claim.
b. In the event that two players at the same time wish to claim a nation, one leader must be mutually agreed upon, who will be responsible for all the following executive decisions:
- Declaration of war
- Trade and diplomacy negotiations & other official foreign affairs
- Handling the possession of perks and rewards earned from events
2. They then will choose whether they want to become a Peaceful or Warring nation. Once a position is selected, they will have a period of 48 hours to confirm or change their chosen preference of diplomacy.
a. A Peaceful nation does not partake in any war or hostility. They cannot be attacked or invaded but likewise they are not allowed to act hostile towards any other nation. A peaceful nation's goal to to live and thrive on their own or in peace with other countries.
- If any behavior is deemed hostile, such as attacking players without prior provocation, antagonizing other players, or any other form of provocation, they may be subject to their nation's diplomacy being changed to Warring without their consent.
b. A Warring nation is responsible for all of the happenings of their nation. They are allowed to partake in war and invasion but are also subject to invasion and war from foreign countries. A warring nation's goal is whatever they choose to do, but should understand that whatever evils they may want to inflict can just as easily be applied back onto them.
3. Next, they will choose one of two locations where their capital city, the point at which players will begin their journey, will be situated. A player may pick either the location of the current modern-day capital city of their country or the geographical center of the nation. In the real world, if a country has more than one capital city, then the player in game is granted the option of choosing any capital city there may be for that given country in addition to the option that is the nation's geographical center.
4. Players are allowed to do whatever they wish in their territory, but must follow this simple series of protocol:
a. At least one flag of the nation must remain in a visible spot at the capital.
b. Destruction of international borders touching their countries is not allowed. If they however have claim to a bordering nation, they are allowed to destroy the walls of the border with the given nation, so long as a visible border remains or is constructed at the ground level.
Foreign Policy/International Affairs
1. Once their country is settled, they are free to do whatever they want within the borders of their territory. If they find that their territory has insufficient resources, one may harvest resources from other unclaimed territories but must respect the laws of claimed countries, abiding by the wishes of their leaders. If a country's rules do not permit you to take resources within their territory, you may not steal resources from the native land.
2. The leader of a particular country has full jurisdiction over the territory of their nation and the laws they have for visitors. Any demands they have for a foreign visitor must be followed. If they tell you to leave their country, you MUST leave.
3. Each nation's domain extends to all of the airspace above its land, its territorial waters; this being the seas and oceans up to 20 blocks away from their land's territory, and the underground space under the surface of their surface land. If two countries share territorial waters within this distance, then the body of water's distance between the two countries is thus split exactly in half, with both nations getting equal share of this body of water.
4. Public domain encompasses all of the following: oceanspace outside of the 20 block distance from nations' coastlines, airspace above the public oceans, underground space following the same constraints as the oceanspace, the whole of the Nether, and the End.
War and Conflict
1. For a war to be officially declared, the initiating nation must publicly declare their wish to war against the other nation in the Minecraft Tribes Discord #earth-mod chat. It must be styled according to the Ethiopian Standard Declaration (ESD) formatting, seen below:
a. In order to give the text this formatting, the characters `` need to be surround both sides of the text
b. When filling in the "Reason", they must put an answer which satisfies the one or more of the following to be approved:
- Desire for use of nation's resources
- Desire to set up an Outpost in nation's territory
- Existing conflict
c. When filling in the "Resolution", the demands and conditions written for the case in which the attacking nation wins the war must be approved by Pentolach before the war begins.
d. The recipient has a period of 48 hours to respond back in the Discord for the purpose of scheduling the time for war. If they do not respond in time, it is considered a surrender-by-default. The initiating country automatically wins the war. Not only do the resolutions apply to the loser, but the attacker is allowed to loot and pillage the territory.
2. Only a Warring nation can start a war, and they can only attack and invade other Warring nations. Leave Peaceful nations alone. As many nations are allowed to engage in a war as desired. In times of war, the following behaviors are fair game no matter what the current laws are of a country, although these are only permitted when at least one leader of both sides of the conflict are online:
a. Entry into enemy nation
b. Griefing (firestarting, destruction of buildings or terrain, lava or water usage, etc)
c. Theft of items and resources
d. PvP of players involved in current conflict
3. When the war officially begins, both nations will be given a flag of their country outlined in red to indicate the war flag. They must plant their flag somewhere in their capital city in order to make it as difficult as possible for the enemy to capture. It must be planted on the ground, and on the surface of the world or accessible without breaking any blocks via a building or basement.
4. As many countries and needed and desired can become involved in a war, but the total amount of attackers on one side is never to be greater than the number of defenders. As many allies can defend on behalf of a either nation, but defense only applies while in the home country which is under attack. Retaliatory attacks towards the the enemy nation are no longer considered as defense but offense.
a. During war, allies are free to send supplies to help either nation involved.
5. During the wartime period, keep inventory will be turned off for all parties directly involved in war, both the nations originally associated with the war and their allies in combat. After the war ends, keep inventory will be turned back on.
6. If either the attacker or defender needs to get offline or away from their keyboard for a certain amount of time, they must declare how much time they need in advance before leaving. The war will be put on pause and wartime actions are prohibited. Once back online the war resumes. If the time announced has elapsed, the other player(s) involved can go on and resume the war without the offline player, with the consequences for passing the time being dealt to them from whatever the result of the war may be.
a. For the case that an ally of a nation involved in combat needs to be offline, this rule does not apply.
7. Taking advantage of and using one's own or the enemy's personal teleport booths earned in events is permitted, however offical Earth Mod created teleports (ones found at the Hub or continental centers) are strictly forbidden. Utilizing these will result in automatic surrender of war and subsequent victory to the other party.
8. In order for a war to end, one of two circumstances need to occur. The first scenario for victory in war is when the following criteria are met: capture of enemy flag and death of the enemy leader a total of 5 times. The second path to victory is simply the voluntary surrender of the enemy. Whichever nation accomplishes either of the two is declared the victor.
a. If the original initiator of the war wins, the terms and conditions in their resolution is applied to the losing nation. If however the recipient of war is victorious, the resolution is reversed and must apply to the player who came up with them. The allies of both nations are unaffected in either circumstance.
b. In every aftermath of war, occupation of the losing territory is automatically set in place for the next two weeks and from then ownership is given back to the original leader. It is permitted though that the victor can decide to be generous and give back ownership to the nation earlier than required.
c. Temporary occupation of a nation as a result of victory in war grants the following: use of resources and right to build structures in the nation's territory. Once the occupation period is up, the original owner of a country can deconstruct what the occupier built. Occupation does not permit destruction of the land by any means or right to control the player involved to do anything besides what the resolution decrees.
9. If any unwanted conflicts arise, contact a Realm Mod and they will be responsible for not only interpreting whatever situation it may be, but reporting the issue to Pentolach.
Rules (Third Era and Beyond)
- Follow all of the rules found in the Minecraft Tribes Discord.
- PvP is allowed when both or all parties agree to such action, but is not allowed in any other circumstance.
- Destruction of other players' settlements/constructions is not permitted unless allowed by the other player.
- Destruction of the world's natural landscape for the purpose of simply being destructive is strictly forbidden.
Infraction of any of these rules may subject such a player to various punishments, including bans from the Earth Mod world and the possibility of punishments in the Discord group.

Important Locations
The Hub
This is the starting point for all players in the game. Once having joined the Earth Mod world for the first time, a player will spawn here, awaiting help to establish a nation. This area is also used for returning players as accessible means of traveling to different regions of the world. This area is located high above the East China Sea to the east of modern-day Shanghai.
Around the edges of the hub platform are teleports to the estimated geographical center of most continents (Antarctica is not included) of the world. Below are the locations of each continent:
- North America - Wolf Point, Montana, United States (In-game exclave of Mexico)
- South America - Brasilia, Brazil
- Europe - Prague, Czechia
- Africa - Bangui, Central African Republic
- Asia - Urumqi, China
- Oceania - Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia
Additionally, a few days after the launch of the world to the public, a seventh teleport was added to the hub, which teleported the player to a shop off the coast of Antarctica (see below).
Antarctic One-Stop Shop
Due to the way the world was created, structures such as villages, temples, and ocean monuments were made absent from the world. This prompted a demand for several items, only obtainable via the presence of the absent structures. In order to solve this issue, a shop was built on a floating chunk of ice off the coast of Antarctica. Using diamonds as currency, players are encouraged to check out and buy new items sold when the shop is open.
Generated Structures
Scattered along the map is one of each naturally generated structure in a normal Minecraft survival world, hidden in a location corresponding to a real world area. In each structure are spawners with associated mobs or items unavilable in every other part of the world. This requires that players explore the world until they discover the location of the structure in order to access resources only available from such area.

Events
Events are friendly contests between nations which happen periodically on the world. Such contests can vary in the manner in which they are played, but the goal remains the same: to win over other countries. Players who win events for their countries will level up, and thus receive upgrades to their capital in a variety of ways depending on their current level. Participation is optional.
First Era
Event #1: Race through the Americas - 10/26/19
Participating Countries: Norway, Sweden, Fiji, New Zealand, (albie6544)
Winning Country: Norway
- The first event consisted of a footrace, from Anchorage, Alaska all the way down to Tierra Del Fuego at the bottom of South America. There was no set route for players to take, so it was their responsibility to navigate through the supercontinent. Players were told that if they wanted, they could rely on the online world map to navigate themselves. Because this was a footrace, swimming across the ocean wasn't allowed, nor was sailing in a boat. If at any point, a racer had died, they would be teleported back to the starting line in Alaska, then continue racing again. The first person to cross the finish line at the end would win the first reward package: 3 villager eggs, 2 items of their choice, and a teleport booth to both the spawn and a location on the world of their choice. Later on, it was decided that whoever placed 2nd would receive one item of their choice.
- A total of 4 nations and an extra player who hadn't yet declared a country attended the event: Speedwagon69420 for Norway, MrKelpoCheeze11 for Sweden, LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji, Fox_Trot44 for New Zealand, and albie6544 who was undeclared. Each started out at the same time, running eastward towards the US/Canada border. At this point, players went in diverging directions. LurkingIsCrazy, MrKelpoCheeze11 and albie6544 traveled east towards the Yukon and Northern Territories of Canada, while Speedwagon69420 headed down the Alaskan coast near the modern day city of Juneau. Shortly into the race, he was caught riding in a boat and was given a 15 second penalty, although he claimed not to have heard the rule. For some reason, after this penalty Fox_Trot44 got lost and headed north towards the Arctic ocean, further disorienting herself and wasting time. Moving eastward along the Canadian wilderness, albie6544 also oddly chose to move north and subsequently met up with Fox_Trot44. Realizing that there was hardly a change in climate, MrKelpoCheeze11 and a bit afterwards LurkingIsCrazy began traveling south, eventually coming into the interior of the North American continent.

Realizing that there was hardly a change in climate, MrKelpoCheeze11 and a bit afterwards LurkingIsCrazy began traveling south, eventually coming into the interior of the North American continent.
- By the time the two were in the Great American Desert, Speedwagon69420 had made it to the tropical region of Mexico and was way ahead of the rest of the pack. Meanwhile, albie6544 died and had to restart back at Alaska. He then decided to ride a boat into the heart of the Pacific Ocean, later on was caught doing so and was once again teleported to Alaska. Fox_Trot44 became completely lost in the Arctic Circle, somehow getting near Greenland. By this time only Speedwagon69420, MrKelpoCheeze11 and LurkingIsCrazy were in contention for the win. Arriving from Panama into the South American continent, Speedwagon420 continued south through the beaches of Colombia and Ecuador. MrKelpoCheeze11 however went a different route, running east along the north of the continent on the shores of Venezuela and the Guyanas. LurkingIsCrazy chose the former route but shortly into Columbia became lost. Speedwagon69420 continued through Peru then Chile and all the way down Patagonia. At last, from the finish line he was seen running from the horizon to cross the finish line first, right as MrKelpoCheeze11 was along the southern shoreline of Brazil and LurkingIsCrazy was still lost in Columbia. Fox_Trot44 was lost in Nunavut, Canada and albie6544 was still in Alaska.
- At this point, LurkingIsCrazy and albie6544 continued to race to the finish, hoping for 2nd place, while MrKelpoCheeze11 and Fox_Trot44 gave up. LurkingIsCrazy beat out albie6544 since he was ahead by a long stretch. As a reward for winning, Speedwagon69420 was given the choice of 2 items he wanted to be gifted back at Norway. He chose an elytra and a beacon. For placing 2nd, LurkingIsCrazy was given the same choice but one item to take back to Fiji. He chose a shulker box. In addition to the items, Speedwagon69420 was given a teleport booth at his capital city to the Hub and a location of his choice. He chose Chad as his location.
Event #2: Build A Landmark - 11/2/19
Participating Countries: Sweden, Fiji, Egypt, Norway, The Netherlands
Winning Country: Sweden, Fiji, Egypt, Norway
- Being given instructions on the previous Wednesday to build a landmark for which their nation is famous, participants would have until the announced date to braimstorm an idea, and construct the landmark. Players would need to keep in mind the elements of realism, geographical accuracy, and creativity, as these were the criteria upon which their landmark would be judged. Whoever met such criteria enough to pass judgment would win the event and upgrade their nation's level, earning a set of rewards. As opposed to the first event, multiple nations were allowed to win this event due to the way the rules worked out.
- 5 nations participated in this event: MrKelpoCheeze11 for Sweden, LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji, Jackster799 for Egypt, Speedwagon69420 for Norway, and JivJiv2001 for The Netherlands. Most countries began the process of building their landmark the day of the initial announcement of the event, while other countries rushed to finish as the deadline came close.
- On the day of the event, players were mostly ready to present. A tour of the various landmarks was held for all players to view the constructions as the judging process took place. MrKelpoCheeze11 was up first to present his landmark, Läckö Castle in Sweden. His build was but realistic, and extremely geographically accurate, however he didn't focus much effort onto the interior of the castle and only a few building materials were used in total. Overall, he passed judgement and won the event. Next up was LurkingIsCrazy who made Tavoro Waterfalls. His landmark was very realistic, was as accurate as he could make for having it on the edge of the world, and made brilliant use of many different plants and stones to create the waterfall. All of this made it an easy decision for him to win the event. Then Jackster799 showed off his Lighthouse of Alexandria in Egypt. Being able to spot the keen detail of the structure and the statue of Pentolach from afar, realism and creativity were both easy to recognize. Since the real-life version of the lighthouse was ruined long ago, the location was as accurate as it could be based upon historical records. He also passed judgment to earn the win. Afterwards, Speedwagon69420 presented his landmark in Norway, Sverd i Fjell. Although a bit stubbier and shorter than the real monument, the geographical accuracy of his build was top notch and the use of multiple types and blocks of stone to create the landmark made up for the unrealistic design. He barely passed judgement and won the event.
- Then came JivJiv2001, who only just hopped on the world as the tour of the event started. He hadn't gotten on the world in the days leading up to the event date, so he didn't have much time to actively build a landmark. When it came to his turn, he introduced his windmill which was the only relatively large structure in the Netherlands at the time. Although it looked like a well-designed structure, the fact that it didn't resemble any famous landmark of his nation, and the circumstance that he didn't even intend for the windmill to be a landmark (he designed it to be his house) went against the whole point of the event objective. Thus, it prevented him from a victory in this event.
- As a reward for winning the event, MrKelpoCheeze11, LurkingIsCrazy, Jackster799 had their nation become Level 1, while Speedwagon69420 saw his nation become Level 2 due to a previous event win. Most players opted for elytras or shulker boxes as their choices of items.
Event #3: Expedition to Mt. Everest - 11/16/19
Participating Countries: Sweden, Norway, Fiji
Winning Country: Sweden
- Much like the first event, the third event had different nations' leaders go on a massive trek across a part of the world. Starting at the southern tip of India at the village of Nagercoil, players would race in any way possible to get to the peak of mount Everest, located at the front of the Himalayan Mountains. In order to get there, competitors must traverse through the bulk of the Indian territory, cross into Nepal and finally ascend the incredibly steep terrain. Once at this final portion, they were required to locate the checkered banner indicating the peak of Mount Everest. The first player to reach the summit would win the next level up on behalf of their their nation.
- A total of 3 countries participated in this event: MrKelpoCheeze11 representing Sweden, Speedwagon69420 for Norway, and LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji. When signaled to go, players scattered out towards different parts of India. While LurkingIsCrazy ran north along the eastern coast of India, MrKelpoCheeze11 and Speedwagon69420 went straight, having to travel north up and down the hills, passing by Bengaluru and Hyderabad. LurkingIsCrazy took a turn from the coast more inland once he reached the West Bengal region and eventually was met up with MrKelpoCheeze11 who was racing quite fast. Speedwagon69420 quickly fell out of contention as he got lost around the center of India. It was then a race between LurkingIsCrazy and MrKelpoCheeze11 as they both entered Nepal and ascended the very base of the mountain range. MrKelpoCheeze11 found a faster way up, moving up the Koshi River as an easy guide to the top. LurkingIsCrazy instead climbed up the mountain by finding accessible jumps after losing sight of his competitor. Now at the summit area of the Himalayas, MrKelpoCheeze11 had a bit of trouble finding the flag where Mt. Everest was and considered looking at Google Maps to figure it out on his own. Seeing how LurkingIsCrazy catching up and reaching the snowy summit, he grew frustrated. Meanwhile, going westward towards the Rajasthan region, Speedwagon69420 grew further behind the competition and had trouble getting back to the center of India just to reorient himself. Luckily for MrKelpoCheeze11, he finally spotted the checkered flag and conquered Mount Everest, winning the event.
- As a reward for winning the event alongside a previous event win, MrKelpoCheeze11 allowed for Sweden to become a Level 2 nation. He received 4 villager eggs, chose a shulker box spawner and creeper spawner for his two items and decided on having his next teleport booth lead to the border of Switzerland and France.
Event #4: Build a Pentolach - 11/30/19
Participating Countries: Fiji, Sweden, South Korea
Winning Countries: Fiji
- Similarly to the second event, announcements were given several days in advance for nations to create a giant statue of Pentolach's minecraft skin. Players were told that they would be judged on the day of the event according to the following criteria: effort put into the build, cultural influence (the architectural or artistic design was expected to have some relevance to the nation's culture), and the element of flattery towards Pentolach himself. Again like the landmark event, this event allowed for as many winners as possible so as long as all criteria is met.
- 3 nations participated in this event, LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji, Mewsso for South Korea, and MrKelpoCheeze11 for Sweden. All three of these nations immediately began collecting resources for building supplies and over the course of the next several days began construction on their statue. However things took a turn. Mewsso soon stopped being online and his progress was premanently paused. MrKelpoCheeze11 had most of his edifice built (only the head was missing) however escalating tensions with Norway halted focus on the last part of construction as he was forced to direct his attention towards preventing his neighboring country from further disturbance.
- On the day of judging the builds, only LurkingIsCrazy had a statue built one hundred percent. A clear amount of effort was taken to construct the statue. An artificial island was created to be the ground on which the statue would sit, so this passed the "cultural influence" requirement. The use of various building materials like wool, terracotta and concrete and its artistic placement to contrast the different shades of the colors passed the "flattery" requirement. All this earned LurkingIsCrazy the win for Fiji. Mewsso and MrKelpoCheeze11 did not win the event for having incomplete builds.
- After the event, MrKelpoCheeze11 destroyed his almost completed statue as he was beginnning to flatten the entire southern portion of Sweden to completely reform his country. As a reward for winning the event, LurkingIsCrazy earned a level up, with Fiji now becoming Level 2.
Event #5: Colonization - 12/14/19
Participating Countries: Fiji, Mexico
Winning Countries: Fiji, Mexico
- This event was played out differently than most others. Participating countries would first declare in advance an unclaimed nation they would like to colonize as part of their collective territory (players were limited to a choice of a country in the same continent as their starting nation). When the event began, with no other information they were required to travel from their home country to where they were most confident the current modern-day capital of this desired territory would be. Once there, they would plant a flag of their own nation on the spot they thought the capital was, to symbolize their attempt at colonization of the territory. If they were correct, the nation became theirs, along with a level up for winning the event. If they were incorrect, they were allowed another chance. If after two attempts a player has yet to plant their flag at the correct capital, they would lose the event and not receive either a level upgrade or a new colony. This event had no limitation to the amount of potential winners.
- A total of 2 countries participated in this event, LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji and Hudsonic2 for Mexico. Limited to the continent of Oceania, LurkingIsCrazy had few desirable options, but nevertheless attempted to colonize Papua New Guinea. Hudsonic2 was given his options within the realm of North America, and after some deliberation, declared his attempt with Cuba.
- Players were first given a countdown until their search for the territory of choice began. With the event officially underway, LurkingIsCrazy swam west from Fiji along the South Pacific Ocean in the hunt to locate the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby. Hudsonic2 descended from the mountains of central Mexico down towards the Gulf of Mexico's coast. Once in the water he rode in a boat around the Yucatan Peninsula sailed towards the Cuban mainland, in search for Cuba's capital, Havana. Around this time LurkingIsCrazy reached the coast of Papua New Guinea and scouted for any sign of a cobblestone metropolitan area marker. Unfortunately none were found as Port Moresby is a rather small city. From here he looked at Google Maps to try tracking where his location was relative to the country in order to orient himself towards the capital. He made a guess and planted his flag but was incorrect, having placed the Fijian flag in a remote region north of the New Guinea Highlands. Meanwhile Hudsonic was in Cuba and made his first guess, planting the Mexican flag, but was also incorrect. He placed his flag near the spot where Santa Clara would be. Right after, LurkingIsCrazy declared his second and final guess. This time he was correct and officially claimed Papua New Guinea as a colony of Fiji. Hudsonic2 was left with one guess and after careful thought planted his flag. He was a bit off, but was close enough to Havana to be considered an acceptable distance, and therefore won the territory of Cuba.
- As a reward for winning the event, both Hudsonic2 and LurkingIsCrazy earned level ups for their respective countries. Because at this point LurkingIsCrazy reached Level 3, he was granted an additional colony within his continent. After a lot of consideration he chose to take Vanuatu.
Event #6: South Pole Shuffle - 12/21/19
Participating Countries: New Zealand, Italy, Greece, Fiji, Madagascar
Winning Countries: Italy, Greece, Madagascar
- Similarly to previous events, the event here challenged players to race from one point of the world to another. The difference presented in this particular event was that players would not compete as individuals but rather in teams. Starting at a part of the Antarctic coast just below, after the instruction to split up into teams players would get the choice to determine themselves which players made up which team. Once told to begin, players would work together to race up the Antarctic landmass going south, with the goal of reaching the south pole. If a team spread apart too much, the player(s) in the front would have to wait for the player(s) in the back to catch up, costing precious time. From here in order to finish the race, all team members must jump off the edge of the world. The first team to have all its members to die due to falling into the void would win the event.
- A total of 5 nations partook in this event: Fox_Trot44 for New Zealand, MedgeSZ for Italy, BomberYEEYEE for Greece, LurkingIsCrazy for Fiji and Hop11 for Madagascar. Due to the odd number of players attending the event, the teams would be split up with one team having 3 players and the other having 2. The division in teams was as follows. On the first team was MedgeSZ, BomberYEEYEE and Hop11 and on the second was Fox_Trot44 and LurkingIsCrazy.
- As players began the race, everyone climbed up the initial mountain fron different angles. Initially both members of team 2, Fox_Trot44 and LurkingIsCrazy struggled to reach the top of the mountain and fell a bit behind the other team. However Hop11 got a bit lost and caused MedgeSZ and BomberYEEYEE to slow down and wait up for him. At this point the two teams were mostly tied with another for a remainder of the race. Although it seemed as MedgeSZ, BomberYEEYEE and Hop11 were a little ahead of the other two, their lack of cohesiveness allowed the more cooperative LurkingIsCrazy and Fox_Trot44 to slowly gain on the three person team. As the edge of the world approached the five of them, Hop11 suddenly stopped moving, risking their lead right at the end. With MedgeSZ and BomberYEEYEE jumping off the edge first, their potential win rested on Hop11 resuming movement towards the finish. LurkingIsCrazy jumped off and it then became a race between Hop11 and Fox_Trot44. When both remaining players jumped at the same time, it was too close call to predict who would die from falling into the void first. By a difference of less than a second, Hop11 died first which gave MedgeSZ, BomberYEEYEE and Hop11 the win.
- As a result of these three winning the event, MedgeSZ, BomberYEEYEE and Hop11 all earned their first level upgrade for Italy, Greece and Madagascar respectively.
Event #7: Caribbean Treasure Hunt - 1/5/20
Participating Countries: Sweden, Norway, Fiji
Winning Country: Fiji
- Players found themselves teleported to a boat in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. All around them were chests hidden at the floor of the sea, arranged in the shape three circles of different sizeOf these, only 10 had prismarine shards. Competitors would search the ocean in search for the right chests containing these shards. Once a player collected a total of 4 shards, they would swim back up to the boat and craft a prismarine block. Only the first player to place their newly crafted block on the deck of the boat would win the last event of the era, earning them a level upgrade to their existing nation.
- Three nations attended this event: MrKelpoCheeze11 representing Sweden, Speedwagon69420 representing Norway, and LurkingIsCrazy representing Fiji. It was a mad scramble when the event began as the players first jumped in the sea in search for the correct chests. MrKelpoCheeze11 thought he was in the lead as he collected the first two. LurkingIsCrazy and Speedwagon69420 caught up and were both eventually able to collect the three shards for each of them. Only one shard was left to be found and it seemed as though for the next short period of time nobody could locate it. Suddenly out of nowhere LurkingIsCrazy emerged from the depths of the waters onto the boat, not long after placing a prismarine block on the deck. With this accomplished, LurkingIsCrazy won this event and earned yet another level upgrade.
- With his fourth event win, LurkingIsCrazy became a level 4 nation. As a perk of reaching level 4, he could choose an unclaimed territory to colonize within Fiji's hemisphere. He chose to colonize Denmark due its strategic location near all the action of players in Europe.
