Key for the identification of British Rhynchitidae

This is a small family of very similar looking weevils which feed on a number of plants, sometimes at pest levels. There are 17 species listed in the current checklist placed in 9 genera. The key below is derived from those of Lompe and Hoffmann and illustrated using the photographs on Lech Borowiec's site.
