It appears that AIAA did not publish this year of the conference as a book but rather has the conference papers available in their “Paper” series. The ASU Libraries stopped getting this series after 2007 because the AIAA stopped producing it on microfiche and the series could only be accessed online via the AIAA Digital Library (which we haven’t been able to afford); many other libraries did the same thing as ASU. If we can’t find a library that has the series for 2009, then your only option will be to purchase a copy of this online from the AIAA (http://www.aiaa.org), the cost of the paper is $15 for members and $25 for non-members.
