Congratulations! You have nearly completed the Arizona notary application process. Please go over the following checklist to avoid any delays in receiving your commission.
o The Notary Application CANNOT be submitted online.It must be printed and mailed in or hand carried to either the Tucson or Phoenix office.
o The Original Application and Bond (and Rider from bond company if requested)
o State filing fee in the form of a check or money order for $43 (4 week processing time)
o Unless your address(es) were verified by our office, flagged applications for $25 penalty must be included with the filing fee for renewal applications.
o (Optional) Expedited fees paid in person brought in by the applicant CAN be filed the same day.
Cash or Credit Card payments are accepted in person only.
