Submit the following through this link:
1)A copy of your official fall class schedule
2) A copy of your full weekly time management schedule including BPR, BPN, BPC, POH, and HW time for each class.
3) The completed Check List must accompany the schedule.
4) Complete a Time Estimate Chart that matches your time management schedule by category (Sleep, Eat, Class, etc.). Example is on back side of first page of the 4.0 Handout.
5) Complete a chart showing how much time you have scheduled for BPR, BPN, BPC, HW, and POH for each of your classes.
6) Document your visit to the professor of each of your classes: give date, time, location, length of visit, and summary of conversation.
7) If this is your first semester at ASU, list your “Big Brother” or “Big Sister”.

Students who are awarded the CIRC, CIRC/METS, or METSTEP scholarship will be required to participate in an Academic Success Program, which consists of six 75 minute workshops per semester, in the fall 2012/spring 2013 academic year. This means that a scholarship student must enroll in FSE 394, a one-credit hour class, each semester that they hold the scholarship. The schedule line number for Fall 2012 is 78753 – Topic: STEM Seminar. The class is scheduled to meet at the times listed at the bottom of this information sheet.
Other upper division students in engineering and computer science are invited to attend the FSE 394 class without a scholarship. New transfer students are especially encouraged to attend this class, as well as females and underrepresented minority students.
Class Schedule for Fall 2012 (Due to unforeseen circumstances, the date of a class or the scheduled room may have to be changed. Students will be given notification of any date or room changes.) Students are to choose any one of the five times for each meeting. The time chosen can change from meeting to meeting.
