Team communication
Project decisions
For formal project records or documents, use the appropriate Lynx PMIS project management and documentation features.
Write messages that are easy for other team members to understand.
Instead of:
"Can you check that thing?"
Use:
"Please check the concrete work at Block B and provide the latest progress update."
When appropriate, include the relevant project or task name so the conversation is easy to understand.
Respond to important project-related messages in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Keep conversations focused on useful project information.
Remember that project chat messages are part of your team's communication. Keep messages professional and respectful.
