The Collaboration module unifies team communication inside your project workspace. Instead of relying on fragmented external messaging apps or long email chains, Lynx PMIS centralizes all communication around your actual deliverablesโconnecting messages directly to projects, tasks, and subtasks.
Direct & Group Chat: Real-time instant messaging for quick team alignment and informal check-ins.
Topic Discussions: Structured, forum-style message boards for project-wide announcements, design reviews, and technical queries.
Contextual Task Comments: Targeted feedback and progress notes attached directly to specific tasks and subtasks.

๐ก Use Task Comments for Task Updates: Avoid asking about task status in general chat. Commenting directly on the task ensures that future assignees or auditors have complete context regarding decisions made.
๐ก Enable Telegram Notifications: Make sure your team has linked their Telegram accounts via Profile โ Telegram Notifications to receive instant real-time alerts whenever they are @mentioned in a discussion or task comment.
