π‘ Ensure Data Currency: S-Curves and progress charts update dynamically based on task percentage complete (%) entries. Encourage site leads to log daily or weekly progress updates before running weekly executive reports.
π‘ Leverage Visual Charts for Meetings: Use the Charts Manual to export visual summaries prior to progress meetings. Showing resource workload bar charts helps quickly justify reallocating staff to lagging tasks.
Q1: Can external clients view Analytics & Reports?
A: Yes. Users assigned the Viewer / Client role can access and view the S-Curve and Charts Manual for their assigned projects, but export and configuration capabilities may be restricted by admins.
Q2: What should I do if report charts show missing or incomplete data?
A: Verify that all top-level project tasks have been assigned appropriate weightage percentages (%) in the Projects / Tasks module. Tasks with missing weightages will not contribute correctly to overall analytics charts.
