💡 Principle of Least Privilege: Always assign users the lowest role tier necessary for their daily work. Assign Viewer access to external clients and consultants to prevent accidental task modifications.
💡 Offboarding Team Members: When a staff member leaves the project, deactivate their account immediately via Administration → User Status → Deactivate. This preserves their historical task activity and audit logs while instantly revoking access.
Q1: Can a user be assigned to multiple projects with different roles?
A: Yes! A user can be a Project Manager on Project A and a Viewer on Project B. Project permissions are enforced independently for each project.
Q2: What happens when a user's license key expires?
A: The user will be automatically restricted from logging in. Admins can extend or re-assign licenses from Administration → License Allocation.
