Set at the foot of the Southern Javan mountain range, known as The Treetops, Co'Ath is a minor port city whose major source of trade comes from the wizards studying in Phytra. Serves as the poorer residencies for accolytes and students who haven't made a name for themselves in the colleges. Co'ath is fairly unremarkable except that it is widely known as the biggest underground market of magical goods and resources in the New World.
Population: mostly human but dragonborn, dwarf, elf, and tiefling. All are welcome as long as they are intellectual and linked to the wizards' commune.
Import/export: Coradruin luxuries, ore from nearby mining towns, intellectual/educational goods both to and from Phytra. Widely known to deal in magic, enchantments etc underground, despite the heavy policing from the Phytran commune.
Language: All languages are spoken here, mostly Common in public areas but with a range of accents.
Religion/s: There are several temples around but religion isn't a major following due to the reliance on magic.
Currency: barter economy due to the nomadic nature of the market goods coming through. Mostly gold coins but magic and enchantments are highly prized.
Co'Ath is looked after by the Phytran commune and, as such, is covered in magical wards and boundaries that stop the majority of big crimes, though plenty of grey and black market dealing goes on under the surface that the Phytran authorities 'don't know about'. There is a puppet Mayor hired by the wizarding Synod. He is a human male by the name of Oscar Frenton - he is well liked and charismatic and is the brains behind the black market.
The wizards want as little contact with the Regulars, so they use a complicated river system ending in a waterfall and plunge pool with a water wheel collection system and water tight barrels.
The Bone Tower: Seems to be indestructible and magical, tower of bone-like structures that the town is centred around. No one knows its history for sure, neither can anyone seem to open it.
Hiraya's Clock Works: The workshop of a male human clockworker who can work incredible feats of engineering out of clockwork.
The House of Tears: Two-storey timber and brick theatre known for firey, draconic operas.
The Broken Candle: adventuring tavern known for its entertainment.
