Main part of the magical components trade route with the northern wastelands of Kevno. As closed off as Trion Ma but slightly more accepting of other cultures in adventuring parties as long as they don’t make too much noise.
An icy wind whips around docks that are exactly the same as those at Trion Ma, the fur clad Bowhands intrepidly stare into the snow to continue their watch. Elves man the wharves and hide in offices, shops, taverns, and houses for the most part, while the Kevnese dragonborn, tieflings, and goliaths roam the streets conducting their businesses. Open fires in the icy streets lead you through to the joint temples of Prethos and Primus, with a smaller one to Sylvanus off to the side. Just behind the three temples is a large fighting ring where a goliath faces off with a half-giant, their bodies steaming in the cold and the heated stands emanating a haze into the freezing air.
Population: Approximately 8300; mixed elf and other civilized races within the walls.
Import/export: Imports: cold tech, agriculture, ships from Oakheart, weaponry. Exports: cold tech, monsters/animal parts, contracts, adventurers.
Language: Mix of Elvish and Common but Common is starting to take precedence as more militia are drafted in from other places and the laws on who can join up are relaxed.
Religion/s: Prethos, Primus, and Sylvanus are the main points of worship here.
Seffaria is ruled by Governor Elyarus Trosyth (male elf). He answers directly to the Military Ensemble and most decisions about the city are made with this in mind. While not hostile to newcomers, Elyarus is determined to make the influx of tourists as little as possible, and has refused to allow 'sight-seeing' trips to Kevno.
Maelsa's Ironworks: A cluttered blacksmith's workshop.
The Pirate's Meadhall: A fanciful commoner's tavern, kept by a retired adventurer named Laina.
Naevan Traydark, a Bowhand officer, has set up an adventuring guild called The Dragon’s Bane, that gives out contracts to adventuring parties in return for further education and protection from local laws. The Bane now has its central offices here and Mistress Vitra runs the show.
