Making resources easily accessible to all is important as well as modeling and instructing on ethical use. The first thing I did as the LMS for WRHS was to build an open website with direct links to all library resources including the catalog and online databases. I realized that the site was not easily accessible from the school's website so I purchased a domain 'wrhslibrary.space' so everyone could easily remember and get to it in one click. In addition, I posted resources and videos on how to access the databases, find quality resources and cite / create bibliographies. I also partnered with teachers when beginning research and projects to teach students efficient strategies.
