What sites' e-editions need checking?
Find that on the Design Team Dashboard or by clicking here.
To make sure all e-edition readers get our content even when papers don't have room to print it, we add pages to an O section of our e-editions. But the print editions that do use them duplicate those pages. Here's a how-to pdf on removing those extra O pages and a video here.
The latest information we have on checking segmentation and fixing issues that come up. Will be updated with any new information.
Make sure all the pages for your section are there. Verify vs what's in RPM and make sure none are missing in sequence in BLOX.
Go through each page, clicking on each 'story' to ensure the sidebar comes up with a story to scroll.
Standalones, photospreads, recipes, complex pieced shared content and agate should all be cutouts.
Extra generated cutouts are fine as long as they do not interfere when clicking on a story. If they do, readjust or remove them.
Once pages are all up to snuff, soundoff in the general channel by using the EE check button.
