Read budgets carefully and ask questions when you're unclear
Keep eyes on early content ready - address complex pages first if possible
CDP- Site assessment in progress
GLN- Site assessment in progress
QCT/MDA/QCT JRNL- Deadlines changing Sept 29- assessment postponed.
NC Group- have been late with budgets lately, will do a check in to see if there is anything we can do to help possible staffing shortages.
SSH MARKETS- The shared markets module comes out later than this deadline so the site provides the elements to place manually and it takes some time. DON'T WAIT TO DO THIS PAGE if you can get it started.
KHP/YNT/GII- Whenever possible get obits placed early and proofed if not waiting on jumps or other content. Please note any proofing issues until it is resolved.
LCH- Look for content ready pages the day before production on Sunday and Thursday nights. Anything done the day before helps the cluttered deadline window the next day.
NC GROUP- HDR/STA/MNH/MMN/CIT/MOT- Aim to get 90% of their content in the day prior to production date. Keep eyes out for it.
KHP/YNT/GII- RPM folder access has been resolved.
CSE/FLS- Combining pages does not work properly without some tinkering with domains. Currently neither are a live segmentation site so it's okay to continue using the Dead jumps function.
HEL/BUT- Budgets still late, editor running BUT and RAVL having issues moving content sooner. Check-in due in Oct.
COL DCBP/SCHU- Newsroom is looking to implement internal deadlines to improve content flow which will hopefully result in improved plate flow and deadline performance.
