  • She needs to sort out authenticator to resolve the issue when she works remotely.

• PENDING: ROA wants to get local stocks in their paper. Tammy is awaiting information we requested.

AWS RELATED 

Amy is now keeping track of designers having AWS rebuilds and checking in with them for progress reports weekly. She is monitoring dates of rebuilds as well.

• Windows not activated- prompt saying activate windows then an error saying we do not have a valid license or product key

• IN PROGRESS: MAT is pulling in everything with strokes on the boxes of all elements. 

  • Tammy redropped the template.

• IN PROGRESS: EEs not receiving the NW O1 page.  

  • Laura made some suggestions as to how to watch this and report it.

  • This is the result of our toning needing some tweaks so we will oblige until that issue is resolved.

  • INVESTIGATION INFO:  Over the last 5 weeks this page was late for both pubs every week except for GNR the week of 2/8.  Proof time varies anywhere from 6 minutes to 47 minutes.

  • ACTION: I have reached out to Allen Johnson and asked for some context and implied we're hoping to work toward a solution to eliminate this page missing deadline every week for both pubs. 

• PENDING: SCJ editor Dave Dreeszen has been struggling to get this pub out. He seems to be solo- investigation is underway.

  • There were several suggestions in the TL meeting to help this pub. Will discuss in Design Manager meeting to determine possible steps.

  • UPDATE: Full site assessment has been completed for JAN/FEB and passed up to Tammy. Will act according to her guidance once it's reviewed. 

• IN PROGRES: Reported FLS/MUN budgeting the Nation World module in the Monday EEs. 

  • Action: Amy has audited the 6 day and DEC/MAT/BIS pubs' Monday EEs to see what shared content and how much is budgeted. Tammy has notes and we will be deciding on how to proceed with each group.  

  • ROA/LNA/MNI- Only pubs requestiong the later NW option as well. 

• ON HOLD: BDM/WNV quote style isn't translating properly. Requested screen grabs, and to submit a CS ticket so Terry can look into it.

  • Action: Terry is on leave so we have a holding place that Tammy and James R can possibly help with some of these otherwise we'll keep them stored until his return. 

• IN PROGRESS: Text is occasionally disappearing until moving a cursor or zooming in or out- at random.  Not sure what the cause might be.

  • This issue doesn't have a solution but does not prevent work.  Rick and I will be observing and documenting anything related and trying to research possible causes.
