Designing the section
The 360 Section contains Nation and World wire content provided by the National Newsroom. Pages are designed by a designated 360 designer.
Note: Pages will not be marked “Content Ready” in RPM. When shared pages are ready to be placed on the local pages, they will appear in the 360 shared content folder. Proofs go straight to 2nd to be reviewed by the Design Center.

Pages that need to be done on deadline: Cover, Page 2, Business and Nation and World
Pages that can be done days in advance: Worldview and sometimes spotlight. These will be budgeted on the Shared Content Trello board. Look for the pink “TCMS complete” label to know when these are ready for you. When completed, add a “Proofed” label to the card.
When completed, proof to the National Newsroom using the PDF to shared content folders.
After approval from the National Desk
Release all assets
Remove the domain from the document.
Package the pages to the Munster shared content folder using the date, 360, page number and description. Ex: 040423_360_PAGE4_WORLDVIEW
For pre-built full page shared content pages that will run in this section (Ex. Health)
Create the appropriate Z page and copy the shared module to your new page.
Save to the 360 shared content folder using naming convention above.
Daily designers will copy shared pages to the site’s pages when the appear in the shared content folder. Make sure you have a file in the folder for each page for that edition.

Worldview: Photo page. Worldview snippet available that can be modified as needed for the art provided.
Business: Top half of the page has a snippet for the digest and lead story. Bottom half of the page will be a business shared content module.
Spotlight: Full page one topic presentation.

If you have too much text for the space, please ask editor to trim.
No cutouts or special treatment in these billboards. The design is intended to make these easier to put together so you can focus on designing the centerpiece.
