Foundation
The process is kicked off by a short research sprint to understand the local context better. Based on understanding multiple stakeholders and the existing challenges in the context, opportunities for the project can be identified and the intervention can be better designed for the context. The scoping exercise will also help you build a larger vision of the project that is impactful yet grounded in reality.
Strategy
Defining project parameters and shortlisting different areas of intervention result in a clearly defined project plan. Out of the 6 components of whole school transformation, you will prioritise those that are most applicable to you and map those out on a timeline. This understanding of your short-term and long-term goals will help you plan out ideas to test, things to learn throughout the intervention.
Implementation
Over the course of implementing different interventions on the ground, it is important to know that getting it right in the first time is often not possible. Iteration is key to designing a successful program. This phase involves iterative loops of testing and refining strategies by implementing them in the context.
