VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

Volunteers will assist in various areas, including but not limited to:

Registration & Check-in – Help attendees get their badges and answer questions.
Judges and Performers Support – Help coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between judges and performers.
Vendor Assistance – Provide assistance to vendor booths.
Line Management & Crowd Control – Keep things organized and running smoothly.
Cosplay & Event Support – Help with contests, photo ops, and stage events.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for a minimum of one full shift (approx. 4–6 hours).
Must attend a mandatory volunteer orientation before the event.
Must be reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping the convention run smoothly!
