• • All public spaces, including exhibit halls, panel rooms, and restrooms, are intended to be wheelchair-accessible.

  • Elevators and ramps are available where necessary to navigate multi-level areas.

  • Attendees who require mobility assistance, seating accommodations, or other support should contact convention staff in advance to help plan their visit.

Seating & Space

• • Designated areas may be available for attendees who require priority seating during panels, workshops, and contests.

  • Aisles and walkways are kept clear whenever possible for safe and easy movement.

Communication & Sensory Support

• • Assistive listening devices or captioning may be provided during panels and events if requested in advance.

  • Quiet or low-stimulation areas may be designated for attendees who need a break from crowded or noisy environments.

  • Sign language interpretation or other communication support may be available with advance notice.

Emergency & Safety Access

• • Staff are trained to assist attendees with accessibility needs in case of emergency evacuation or other urgent situations.

  • Emergency exits are clearly marked and accessible.

Medical & Personal Needs

• • Service animals are welcome throughout the convention in accordance with local laws.

  • Attendees with medical or personal needs requiring specific accommodations should reach out to staff for guidance before or during the event.

At the convention, visit the Help Desk or speak to any staff member with a badge for immediate assistance.

Requests for specialized equipment, sign language interpretation, or other accommodations are best submitted in advance to ensure availability.
