From weekend-long Dragon Ball Z marathons to late-night Mario Party battles, I’ve always been drawn to the vibrant worlds of pop culture. Whether I’m diving into Brandon Sanderson’s Cosmere, exploring Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda, or embracing my inner Hobbit during Lord of the Rings rewatches, these stories have shaped not just my interests, but my values. 

My recent life mantra “What Would Himmel the Hero Do?” reflects how deeply these tales inspire me beyond the screen or page. As a Dungeon Master for nearly ten years, storytelling has become my love language. Crafting adventures for friends and family is more than a hobby. It’s a tribute to the joy and connection that fandom brings.

But I’m not only a lifelong nerd. I’m also a proud husband and father to two incredible daughters. My family is at the heart of everything I do, including the creation of Just Another Con. My sister and I founded this convention to be a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone, no matter their fandom level, can feel seen, celebrated, and safe. We’re building a smaller, more personal event with a big heart and a strong community vibe. Think of it like our own version of the Straw Hat crew. A close-knit, passionate group on a shared adventure.
