Reserved seating is available upon request for panels, performances, and contests.
Large-print programs or digital formats can be provided with advance notice.

Cosplay Considerations
We encourage accessible cosplay and welcome creativity that fits your mobility or sensory needs.
We ask all attendees to respect space and not touch mobility aids or service animals.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome.
Please ensure your service animal is identifiable and remains leashed or harnessed at all times.
Assistance & Questions
If you need assistance during the event, please visit our Help Desk, located near Registration.
Our trained staff and volunteers will be happy to assist with:
