Task Description: Impact Hub is in the process of building its online community and would love to create and curate editorial content around impact. As an intern, you will get the chance to ideate, conceptualise and develop editorial content around social impact. This could be a series of reels, TikTok content, an interview series, a podcast. It would be very beneficial if you would also be interested in featuring in their social content as an impact ambassador!

Research Projects:
Category Review (Product Marketing): The participant will be asked to perform a review of some product categories (ABC analysis, competitive overview, sales performance, etc.) and come up with actionable solutions to improve performance (e.g. assortment improvements, innovations, review marketing claims and materials, etc.).
Sales Internship: How to build-up a data driven sales organization? The project will be focused on setting up tools to be able to understand market opportunities and market performance (i.e. price analysis, distribution channels, key customers profile). Benchmarking between different countries will be a good way to learn how to create a broader perspective for business development.
Preferred background: Students in Marketing, Business Administration, German, Education, Global Studies, or other relevant disciplines. Experience with social media analysis and German language skills are a plus, but not necessarily needed.

The aim is to gain a better understanding of the discourse regarding artificial sweeteners. This will be subsequently used within the development of possible strategies around artificial sweeteners.
2. Research analysis of discourses regarding corporate sustainability content on LinkedIn: audiences, topics, target groups, resonance.

Preparing Social Media Campaigns: Supporting the International Expansion of an Austrian Social Education Business

Organization: Sindbad Social Business is a mentoring program, which supports socially and economically disadvantaged youth in their future educational planning. Sindbad was founded in 2016 and now includes 1500 mentoring teams at eight locations across Austria. The mentoring program seeks to expand and implement the Sindbad business model in an international context. For now, Sindbad is based on the German speaking context which is why students a basic level in German is recommended, even though the workforce at Sindbad is proficient in English.
Research project: This internship includes tasks regarding the coordination of the mentoring program as well as the preparation of social media campaigns. The students will gain an insight into the social and entrepreneurial part of a social business.
Required background: Students in German, Business, Marketing, Translation/Interpreting, Social Work, Education, Global Studies or other relevant disciplines. The interview will be done in both English and German to assess the student's language skills.
