名称：特定非営利活動法人アジア中小企業協力機構（ICOSA)

設立目的 : ICOSAは、日本を含むアジア各国の中小企業経営者に対し、互いに協力して学びあい連携できる場を提供し、中小企業がアジア経済の主役として経済活動の活性化を図る活動に寄与することを目的としています。

Name：The International Cooperation Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises in Asia (ICOSA)

Objective : ICOSA will provide a place for small business owners in Asian countries including Japan to learn together and collaborate together so that Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) should play the leading role in revitalizing Asian economy.

ICOSAの事業

設立目的を達成するために次の事業を行う。

1. わが国及びアジア各国の中小企業経営者に学習の場を提供する事業
  会員の発表会や見学会、セミナー等の勉強会を行うとともに、海外からも参加者を招聘して発表会や見学会、交流会等を行い、経験交流を図る。
2. わが国及びアジア各国の中小企業間事業連携を推進する事業
  内外中小企業経営者の相互訪問、見学会、交流会等を通じて連携を深め、新しい事業の構築を通じ、経済産業の発展を図る。
3. アジア各国政府へ中小企業政策を提言する事業
  アジア各国でカウンターパート組織の結成を支援し、中小企業憲章等の課題を各国政府に共同で提言する。
4. その他目的を達成するために必要な事業

Activities of ICOSA

ICOSA shall carry out the following activities to achieve its objectives:

Providing learning opportunities for the owners of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Japan and across Asia: Organizing study sessions—such as presentations, site visits, and seminars—for members, while also inviting participants from abroad to join in presentations, site visits, and networking events to facilitate the exchange of experience.
Promoting business collaboration among SMEs in Japan and across Asia: Deepening partnerships through mutual visits, site visits, and networking events for SME owners from Japan and other Asian countries, and fostering the development of the economy and industry by building new business ventures.
Proposing SME policies to governments in Asian countries: Supporting the establishment of counterpart organizations in various Asian nations and jointly advocating for policy initiatives—such as the adoption of an "SME Charter"—to their respective governments.
Other activities necessary to achieve the organization's objectives.

ICOSA Study Group on Cooperation among SMEs in Asia

2022年度にICOSA「アジア中小企業協力研究会(兼村智也委員長))」が発足し、2023年1月からアジアの中小企業経営者と、中小企業での「働きがい」について、定期的に意見交換会を開催しています。

In FY2022, ICOSA launched the "Study Group on Cooperation among SMEs in Asia", and from January 2023, it is holding regular meetings with SME owners in Asia to exchange ideas on "Job Satisfaction" of Asian SMEs.
