Environment and human rights

Human rights each of us knows a lot, but not all. A human’s right, rarely mentioned, is the right to the environment. It will look weird to you listen to it, but yes, you have, like the rest of the 7.6 billion human beings, the right to a quality and healthy environment and therefore life. Its validity is also certified by the Stockholm Declaration, which states that "Man has a fundamental right to freedom, equality and the right to live in one a quality environment that allows for dignity and prosperity."

So it is clear that human rights and the environment are two conditions interrelated. According to the preamble, "man is both a creature and a creature thus has the opportunity for spiritual, moral and social development... Both aspects of the human environment, the natural and the anthropogenic, are essential for the prosperity and enjoyment of basic human rights, even the right to life itself. "

This human right can take many forms, since it can be considered responsible for violating many other rights. Most notably the right to health, which is the first and most important right, depends directly on its situation of the environment where man lives. Thus the right to the environment could be regarded as based on human rights, as it is a potential killer of all others human rights.

In order to summarize, we should all know how to enjoy them fully the state of the environment depends to a large extent on various human rights. That is why we should all contribute to improving and maintaining the environment in the who lives.
