1. Confirm if other printer at the site is having same issue
2. If this is the only printer having issue, ping to printer to see if able to detect the printer
3. If unable to ping, connect printer to another LAN point and try again
4. If issue still persist, change another LAN cable
5. Connect laptop using the same LAN cable connect to the LAN port to check whether the laptop is having network issue as well
6. If laptop does not have any network issue, directly connect to the printer to laptop to check if it’s the printer’s LAN port issue
