Root Cause : Paper Jam , ADF Sensor issue
Recommended Action:
Figure 1: Open the document feeder cover
Open the document feeder cover.
Figure 2: Remove jammed paper
2. Lift the jam-access door, and remove any jammed paper.
Figure 3: Close the document feeder cover
3. Rotate the green wheel to remove any additional paper.
4. Close the document feeder cover.
5. Verify that the originals do not contain any staples, paper clips, or self-adhesive notes, and are not wrinkled, folded, or damaged.
6. Turn the printer off and then back on. Try using the document feeder again.
7. If ADF roller is running but paper is ot moving from feeder, high chances ADF sensor issue.
8. Log case to HP to request ADF full unit replacement
