New updates and Part Catalog added for exploded view
Root cause: There is toner in the toner reservoir of the development unit (without OPC), but the T/C sensor detects lack of supply.
Recommended action:
Turn the printer off, and then on.
If this is an out of the box failure, please check the following:
a. Remove the developing unit.
b. Check the connection to the CRUM connector mounted on the developing unit. Make sure this connection is seated correctly.
c. Remove the 3 silver screws and gently lower the cover to check the connection.
d. Remove and reseat connector as needed.
3. If the error does not occur out of the box continue with the following steps
4. Turn the printer off, and then on.
5. Examine the toner supply device to check for any blocked parts.
6. Check the toner supply line from the toner reservoir for any damage or blockage.
7. If there is no problem after checking the sensor connection status, check the sensor output and circuit part.
8. Check if the connector of the developer unit is connected correctly.
9. If the connection is OK, replace the toner reservoir unit.
