o Parents and students need to stay off the field.
- Talent show is coming up!
o Students sign up for auditions with their teachers, and audition after school.
- Lots to do, but plan is to do something every day starting June 2. Last day is June 11. Trying to end the year strong.

PTA Real-Time Survey: https://www.menti.com/alewvcqkw8km (3328 6231)
- People are up for more of the eating out fundraisers
o So long as we keep at the price point we have been hitting, it’s great.
o Some people were talking about doing it monthly.
o Just make sure to schedule it on weeks that aren’t the same as holidays.
o More in the fall for sure; keep some over the winter and into the spring. Maybe even over the summer to keep support going and keep in touch with community?
§ Would also give people opportunities to talk about what to expect in the next year, etc.
- Discussion on how to participate with the PTA
- Brainstorming on community engagement at both campuses
o Volunteers to sit at welcome table during gatherings?
o More cross-campus events and activities, with volunteers from both.
o Do field trips to Upper Campus to see their performances
§ Principal: That works as long as we have time to plan—more than a week or two.
- What change would help your PTA experience?
o Keep communication clear.
o Keep building the volunteer pool and bring new families in.
Motion to adjourn: Graham. Second: Michelle. Approved.
