Jim Bierma - from support staff view. Things continue to improve and get better. Getting fewer calls on the walky talkies. Fewer conflicts. Since it got better before Winter Break it has continued to improve and get better after winter break. The teachers are doing such a nice job. Team effort of administrators and teaching staff. PBIS team is doing school lessons. Hispanic heritage month. 5 parts of culture - art, music, dance, food and language. Looking to have some events coming up. Family members helping out at lunch and throughout the day.

Stephanie Anderson - seeing less behavior issues. Came from a school where there was bullying and not experiencing that at GAP
