INTERNATIONAL DAY (CREATIVITY)

1: Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth

Being one of the representatives for my class, it is my job to make sure that everyone in the class is participating and helping out in making our class booth a success! Unfortunately, this is a difficult task. My class is filled with almost 60 diverse students, all with different priorities. Because working a shift at the booth can be tiresome for some, it was hard to get everyone to reach their shift on time and keep them on task. Attempting to do this really made me think about the future. When I get a job, I will not be able to choose who I work with. I have to learn to be compatible and learn to work with everyone. This relates to the first CAS Learner Outcome: Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth. I have identified that I need to put effort in learning how to work with new people that may not have the same priorities as me. Fortunately, my strength is that I do not give up easily. I think that this gives me a greater chance of learning to be more open minded about the people I work with.
