I made the "Medium Thickness" version of the cake and used the Peppermint Cream Cheese Frosting for the filling.
I used the #D Half Flat version for these cookies. The Cranberry Choco alternate is near the bottom of the recipe.
These recipes are variations of my Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Chip cookies recipes. Look at the "Add-ins" at the bottom of each "1/2 Flat" recipe for more info.
