This page details all of the information regarding the Golden Sword.
Founded in Turia's capital city, the Golden Sword was a small conglomerate of bandits, held loosely together at the top by a man named Bishop Clyde La Croix. Together only by the promise of coin, the Golden Sword was contracted by the Moriardi family to wreak havoc on the city and frame the Nobles of Naught and the Hightower family of their crimes.
Being new to the block, not much history could be found on this faction, simply because it didn't exist long enough. This, however, was their greatest advantage. Having no known motive or clear purpose, the Golden Sword was able to bypass the complex social structures of Turia, and guise themselves as the Nobles without much issue.
Thanks to the actions of the players in the second campaign, this organization, as well as all its members, saw its end at the Day of Roses celebration in Tura.
The head of the Golden Sword, Clyde worked as a Bishop of the Lower East Reliquary in Tura by day, and by night ran a very efficient crime organization. Using his holiness and piety to the Deities of Order, Clyde was able to fly under the radar and run this group. With promise of power and control once the cous succeeded, Clyde was contracted by the Moriardi's, under the order of the Prince, to carry out many crimes across the city, carefully planting evidence to frame the Nobles of Naught and the Hightower family. Until his discovery, and eventual death, Clyde was a man living two lives, pretending to serve the people of the city, while actively working to undermine them.
