Artículo Primero: La presente Resolución modifica el Artículo Segundo de la Resolución 907 de 23 de diciembre de 2021, que quedará así:

Artículo Segundo: La Comisión Interinstitucional para la elaboración del listado de medicamentos no sustituibles estará conformada de la siguiente manera:

1. Por el Ministerio de Salud 

a. Un representante del Despacho Superior, quien la presidirá.

b. Un representante de la Dirección de Provisión de Servicios de Salud.

c. Un representante de la Dirección de Medicamentos e Insumos para la Salud.

d. Un representante de la Dirección Nacional de Farmacia y Drogas.

e. Un representante de la Dirección de Asesoria Legal.

2. Por la Caja de Seguro Social:

a. Un representante de la Dirección Ejecutiva Nacional de Servicios y Prestaciones en Salud.

b. Un representante del Hospital General Metropolitano y Centro de Trauma.

c. Un representante de la Ciudad de la Salud.

3. Un representante del Instituto Oncológico Nacional.

4. Un representante del Hospital Santo Tomás.

5. Un representante del Hospital del Niño.

Article One: This Resolution amends Article Two of Resolution 907 of 23 December 2021, which shall read as follows:

Article Two: The Inter-institutional Commission for the elaboration of the list of non-substitutable medicines shall be composed as follows:

1. For the Ministry of Health 

a. A representative of the Senior Office, who shall chair it.

b. A representative of the Directorate for the Provision of Health Services.

c. A representative of the Directorate of Medicines and Health Supplies.

d. A representative of the National Directorate of Pharmacy and Drugs.

e. A representative of the Directorate of Legal Advice.

2. For the Caja de Seguro Social:

a. A representative of the Dirección Ejecutiva Nacional de Servicios y Prestaciones en Salud (National Executive Directorate of Health Services and Benefits).

b. A representative of the Hospital General Metropolitano and Trauma Centre.

c. A representative of the Ciudad de la Salud.

3. A representative of the National Oncology Institute.

4. A representative of the Santo Tomás Hospital.

5. A representative of the Hospital del Niño.
