Neelam is a tall, strong-looking woman with red hair and red eyes. She's always seen wearing a suit of armor, adorned with metal horns. 

Personality

Neelam is sadistic and intimidating, collecting taxes and using fear as a motivator for her goals. The Shadow Lord apparently dislikes this quality of hers, but due to her efficiency, he turns a blind eye to it.
