Necessary Evil is the overarching main antagonist of SuperSongs, serving as the direct main antagonist in parts 1, 3, and 5, as well as Holy War.
In SuperSongs (Part 1), Necessary Evil appears as a tall man with spiky black hair. Following his fight with Unity, he was in critical condition, and his face was covered up with a satantic-looking mask. This is the appearance he is seen with in Part 3. Finally, in Part 5, he looks mostly the same, with some cracks in his mask and body filled in with lava.
Necessary Evil is fundamentally the embodiment of pure evil. He cares for nothing and no one other than himself, and his constant search for even more power.
As a kid, Necessary Evil dreamed of being the first SuperSong to be graded at 100.00%. When he saw his friend Unity achieve his dream before his very eyes, he developed an immense jealousy and hatred for her, and broke off their friendship almost immediately.
He uses his ability, Siphon, to eventually build up to 100.00%, killing Unity at the end of Part 1. However, Unity had already passed her power to a successor, Sonic Blaster, fearing the worst.
Necessary Evil is out of commission for all of Part 2, instead letting his right hand, Eternally Yours, handle the dirty work for that portion of the story.
Necessary Evil kills Sonic Blaster during the middle of Part 3, but, like Sonic Blaster's predecessor, he feared the worst, and passed his power to Magic Touch, who was able to finally incapacitate the villain once and for all. Allegedly.
Eternally Yours' ability, Eternally Mine, allows him to steal abilities. He eventually steals an ability that would allow him to revive his former leader, and makes an attempt to do so; ultimately failing. Allegedly. Freedom Dive eventually kills Eternally Yours, and disposes of Necessary Evil's lifeless body in a volcano.

Finally, in Part 5, Necessary Evil comes back, and is found at the base of the volcano by people who knew and feared the stories of his power. They are immediately siphoned. Freedom Dive holds off Necessary Evil for a while, before passing her power to Sky Fracture, who finished the job once and for all.
Allegedly.
Dying permanently sends Necessary Evil to the Imagination Hub, as was the case for all deceased characters prior to Generation 3. He rounds up previously defeated villains for a chance at a final hurrah, and kicks off the events of Holy War.
In Holy War, Necessary Evil kills and siphons that story's versions of Unity, Sonic Blaster, Magic Touch, and Freedom Dive. The final fight turns into an all-out brawl between a 500.00% Necessary Evil, and a 500.00% Sky Fracture. With Sky Fracture starting to lose, she unleashes her ability, knowing the destruction it'll cause; but hoping that, when everything is said and done, Necessary Evil will be no more. The universe resets, taking all of Generation 2 with it.
Necessary Evil's name is derived from the song by Motionless in White, by the same name.
Necessary Evil is, in terms of attack power, the strongest Gaboza character ever.
Necessary Evil's unchecked power is the sole reason for Carolina's, and by extension, God Channelers' existences; to avoid a repeat of the circumstances leading to Holy War.
