Chicharon (Crispy Pork Skin)
Ingredients:
1 lb pork skin
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Cut the pork skin into small pieces.
Boil the skin until tender, then let it cool.
Deep fry the pork pieces until crispy and golden. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
