Llinars del Vallès
Edukacijske rehabilitatorice Kristina Lera i Dubravka Sečen Rosso su tjedan od 17. do 21. ožujka provele na job shadowing-u u Osnovnoj školi Salvador Sanroma u gradiću Llinars del Vallès pored Barcelone.
Tijekom boravka u školi, prisustvovale su nastavi matematike, katalonskog jezika, likovnih i glazbenih umjetnosti, engleskog jezika, robotike i programiranja te dramskih aktivnosti u različitim razredima (od prvog do šestog razreda osnovne škole). Od strane stručnog tima škole upoznate su sa španjolskim obrazovnim sustavom i njegovim specifičnostima (primjerice popodnevni odmor učenika traje od 12:30 do 15:00 sati, nakon čega se učenici vraćaju na nastavu do 16:30 sati).
Stručni tim škole upoznao je edukacijske rehabilitatorice s načinom uključivanja djece s teškoćama u nastavni proces. Također su informirane o različitim projektima u kojima škola sudjeluje, između ostalog i e-Twinning projektu u kojem učenici reproduciraju poznata likovna djela na svoj način. Učenici petog i šestog razreda su ih upoznali sa procesom medijacije koju aktivno prakticiraju i koriste u situacijama rješavanja sukoba na školskom igralištu. Od strane učitelja dobili su informacije o prilagodbama i metodama rada s učenicima s teškoćama u razvoju, te su imale priliku vidjeti senzornu sobu koja učenicima omogućuje opuštanje u situacijama uznemirenosti. Od strane učenika su bile intervjuirane za školsku radijsku emisiju.
Imale su vremena i istražiti Barcelonu te vidjeti sve njene čari!
Iskustvo job shadowing-a bilo im je izuzetno poučno i korisno te već pojedine aktivnosti uključuju u vlastiti nastavni proces!
Educational rehabilitators Kristina Lera and Dubravka Sečen Rosso spent the week of March 17th to 21st on a job shadowing program at Salvador Sanroma Primary School in the town of Llinars del Vallès, near Barcelona.
During their stay at the school, they attended classes in mathematics, Catalan language, visual and musical arts, English, robotics and programming, as well as drama activities across various grades (from first to sixth grade). The school’s professional team introduced them to the Spanish education system and its specific characteristics (for example, the afternoon break for students lasts from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, after which they return to class until 4:30 PM).
The professional team also presented the ways in which children with disabilities are included in the teaching process. In addition, they were informed about various projects the school is involved in, including an eTwinning project where students recreate famous artworks in their own unique way. Fifth and sixth grade students introduced them to the mediation process, which they actively practice and use for conflict resolution on the school playground.
The teachers provided information on accommodations and teaching methods for working with students with developmental difficulties, and they had the opportunity to see a sensory room designed to help students relax during moments of distress. The two visitors were also interviewed by students for the school radio program.
They also had time to explore Barcelona and experience all of its charms!
The job shadowing experience was extremely educational and useful for them, and they have already begun incorporating some of the observed activities into their own teaching practice!
Nívar i Granada
U sklopu Erasmus+ programa, učiteljice Gordana Capan i Anja Čondrić Grba sudjelovale su na job shadowing mobilnosti u Španjolskoj, s ciljem upoznavanja primjera dobre prakse u području održivog razvoja i rada eko-škola. Tijekom boravka posjećene su škole u gradovima Nívar i Granada koje su dio mreže eko-škola i aktivno njeguju principe održivosti u svom svakodnevnom radu i kurikulumu.
Tijekom mobilnosti obišle smo nekoliko obrazovnih ustanova koje se ističu ekološkim projektima, integracijom održivog razvoja u nastavu te aktivnim uključivanjem učenika u brigu za okoliš.
Tijekom boravka prisustvovale smo radionicama, predavanjima i radnim sastancima s domaćinima, gdje smo imale priliku postavljati pitanja i detaljno analizirati načine rada eko-škola. Mobilnost u Španjolskoj bila je iznimno vrijedno iskustvo koje je obogatilo naše profesionalno znanje, inspiriralo za nove inicijative i dodatno osnažilo našu školu u području održivog razvoja.
As part of the Erasmus+ programme, teachers Gordana Capan and Anja Čondrić Grba participated in a job shadowing mobility in Spain, with the aim of learning about best practices in the field of sustainable development and the work of eco-schools. During their stay, they visited schools in the cities of Nívar and Granada, which are part of the eco-school network and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily activities and curriculum.
Throughout the mobility, they visited several educational institutions known for their ecological projects, integration of sustainable development into teaching, and active involvement of students in environmental care.
They attended workshops, lectures, and working meetings with their hosts, where they had the opportunity to ask questions and closely analyse the operational methods of eco-schools. The mobility in Spain proved to be an extremely valuable experience that enriched their professional knowledge, inspired new initiatives, and further strengthened their school’s commitment to sustainable development.

U sklopu Erasmus+ programa, socijalna pedagoginja Lidija Marić sudjelovala je na job shadowing mobilnosti u Španjolskoj, u Primary School Salvador Santomà u Llinars del Vallès, nedaleko Barcelone. Škola pohađa oko 350 učenika u dobi od 3 do 12 godina, a mobilnost je bila prilika za upoznavanje različitih pedagoških praksi i kulturnih običaja domaćina.
Tijekom boravka, nakon svečanog dočeka i obilaska škole, Lidija je imala priliku prisustvovati nastavi u drugom razredu koji pohađa učenica s teškoćama, kao i sudjelovati u zajedničkim aktivnostima s učenicima na školskom igralištu, gdje je bio upriličen tradicionalni katalonski ples.
Mobilnost se odvijala u vrijeme obilježavanja tradicionalnog praznika sv. Jurja (Sant Jordi), kada se u cijeloj Kataloniji njeguje običaj darivanja – dječaci poklanjaju ruže, a djevojke knjige. Grad je bio ispunjen štandovima s ružama i knjigama, a balkoni ukrašeni cvijećem. U gradskoj knjižnici sudionici su pogledali predstavu temeljenu na legendi o sv. Jurju i zmaju, dok su na gradskim trgovima imali priliku vidjeti i poznate katalonske ljudske piramide, simbol zajedništva i tradicije.
Mobilnost u Španjolskoj bila je izuzetno vrijedno iskustvo koje je omogućilo razmjenu prakse, dublje razumijevanje inkluzivnog obrazovanja te upoznavanje s bogatom kulturnom baštinom Katalonije.
As part of the Erasmus+ programme, teacher Lidija Marić participated in a job shadowing mobility in Spain, at Primary School Salvador Santomà in Llinars del Vallès, near Barcelona. The school has around 350 pupils aged 3 to 12, and the mobility provided an opportunity to explore different pedagogical practices and the cultural traditions of the host country.
During her stay, after a warm welcome and a school tour, Lidija attended classes in the second grade, which included a student with special educational needs. She also took part in joint activities with pupils on the school playground, where a traditional Catalan dance was performed.
The mobility coincided with the celebration of the traditional holiday of Sant Jordi (St. George’s Day), when across Catalonia it is customary for boys to give roses and girls to give books. The city was filled with stalls selling roses and books, and balconies were decorated with flowers. At the city library, the group attended a theatre performance inspired by the legend of St. George and the dragon, while in the town squares, they witnessed the famous Catalan human towers, a strong symbol of community and tradition.
The mobility in Spain was an invaluable experience, offering the chance to exchange practices, gain deeper insight into inclusive education, and become acquainted with the rich cultural heritage of Catalonia.
