WEEKLY ON SUNDAY

1. Confirm referees - text Scott Samuelson at 413-262-1675 or email at scott.samuelson82@gmail.com
2. Confirm other team - text/email/call opposing coach to confirm game/location/time
3. Email team schedule for the upcoming week

BEFORE GAME

1. Referee payment forms - have official's fill out
2. New game ball and 5-10 extra balls on each end line
3. Place cones on four corners of field, two ends of the substitution box, and on the 50 yard line at the sideline on the opposite side of substitution box

AFTER GAME

1. Email picture of referee payment form to
2. Collect balls and cones
3. Win or lose shake hands with respect
4. If it is a league game - enter the score into cvyl site
5. Enter score into league line up website
