Essential Building Work
We have planning permission and Building Control approval.
The project will create a new kitchen and bar area, new toilet facilities, improved storage and hopefully, improved movement around the building. Local contractors are now invited to contact us if you are interested in being involved in this project.
The project consists of:
Removal of the old brick extension
Installing new foundations
Rebuilding the walls
Installation of the roof and associated insulation and grp covering
First fix Electrics, plumbing and carpentry
Plaster boarding, render & Skimming
Installation of flooring
Installation of a new kitchen and bar area
Second fix electrics, plumbing and carpentry
Decoration
Building regulation sign off.
In the first instance we are looking for local contractors to review the project and to give us an estimate of the works and to confirm they would like to bid for the project. This guide price will be used to enable us to complete the funding applications. There are a couple of funding streams that are interested in the project, but we need some indicative estimates to get the ballpark figures.Â
