Food and Drink - Only food and drink purchased from the Village Hall may be consumed at events, with the exception of events at which food items are sold.
Photography - There may be a person authorised by the Downderry and Seaton Village Hall to photograph our events and by attending you give us permission to use any general crowd photos you appear in on our website or for marketing purposes, unless you tell the photographer at the time, that you do not wish to be included in any photos. The photographer will always ask prior to taking photos of individuals. If you see a photo on this website in which you appear and you want it removed, please complete the Contact Us form giving as much information as possible or by telephoning the Secretary.
Seat reservations - We are happy to reserve seats for people with medical conditions at shows, concerts etc. If you would like to have seats reserved, please ask at the time of booking. For example, if you need to be close to the stage for an eye or hearing difficulty.
Ticket/Table Refund Policy - Reserved tickets/tables must be paid for on the day of the reservation and will only be confirmed when payment is received. If payment is not received on the day, the reservation may be made cancelled. All payments made are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Trustees or postponed and you can't attend on the new date. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets/booked a table, if you notify us prior to the event, we will endeavour to sell them on your behalf, and if successful, a full refund will be given.Â
