Fundraising Events

The Village Hall hosts a variety of Fundraising Events and is hired by local organisations and residents for their own events.

All are welcome to attend (unless an age limit is specified), including well behaved dogs on leads. 

Regular Fundraising Events

• Coffee Morning - usually 1st Tuesday in the month 10am to 12 noon

• Film Night - usually 1st Saturday in the month 6.30pm for 7.30pm start

• Little & Bigger Breakfast - usually 3rd Saturday in the month 10am to 1pm (last orders 12.45pm)

• Producers Market with refreshments  - usually 3rd Sunday in the month 10am to 1pm

• Games Afternoon - usually 2nd Thursday in the month 2pm to 5pm

• Bingo - usually last Friday in the month 6.30pm for 7.30pm start

Producers Market - We hold a monthly Producers Market and are looking for businesses interested in attending.

• Camp Theatre Company presents 'The Dresser' - Friday 7th November: tickets go on sale on 1st October

• Remembrance Day Refreshments - Tuesday 11th November

• SHOW STOPPERS - Saturday 29th November - Sold out! Now taking names for the reserve list.

• Christmas Quiz - Friday 5th December - Tickets are now on sale

• Downderry Christmas Extravaganza - Saturday 6th December

• Christmas Craft Fair - Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th December - all tables booked

• Christmas Bingo - Friday 12th December

• Children's Christmas Magical Mayhem (11 years of age and under) - Sunday 14th December
