Information for Producers
We no longer have a Village Shop so residents are very excited about being able to buy locally produced items in the village. The Village Hall is also perfectly situated to attract people walking along Downderry Beach as we put a large poster advertising the event on the beach wall and are only 2 minutes away.
We can provide a table (small 3ft x 3ft or large 6ft x 3ft), or you would be able to book a similar size space. The cost is small £5 and large £10. Set is from 8.30am on the day and the market is open to the public from 10am to 1pm or until the last person leaves.
We do not have our own car park, but you can park in front of the main entrance to unload and then park in the car park opposite.
The Village Hall will promote the event using every media possible including, posters in the area, website, social media, local magazines, emails and local radio.
The Village Hall is licenced to supply alcohol, so you will just need to sign an 'Authorisation to Sell Alcohol in the Village Hall' before the Producers Market opens.
Electrical supply is available.
