Hall Hire Booking

Our hall is suitable for most types of events, classes and social occasions such as birthday parties. See Hire for details of Hire costs and see the Village Hall Licences & Insurance.

To enquire about a hall booking, please read the Hall Conditions of Hire document below, then complete the below online form and submit it. You will receive an automated email with the details you have entered. This is not confirmation that your booking has been accepted. If this does not appear in your inbox please check you spam folder. If you have not received the automated email, please phone Mandy Smith on 01503 250412 or email downderryandseatonvillagehall@gmail.com. A confirmation email will normally be sent within 48hrs.

A deposit maybe required at the time of booking. When you have paid either by bank transfer or cash or sent a cheque, please email downderryandseatonvillagehall@gmail.com and if requested your receipt will be sent to you.

At certain times of year, for example, Panto week in February and our Summer Craft Fair, the hall may not be available for hire. Dates will be confirmed at the beginning of the year and a reminder sent one month before.

Please note, we need essential building work done to the Village Hall, see ‘Save our Village Hall’ appeal.  We still have a lot of money to raise so this work is not imminent. Once more details, including dates are known, we will let you know.
