Birth Doula

  I have recently moved to rural Georgia with my three kids and have since added chickens, bunnies and dogs to our energetic family. I bring with me nine years of experience as a doula, most of which has been under the direction of homebirth midwives. I have a wide range of experience including Hypno births, water births, home births, hospital births as well as Cesarean births.  I have a passion for teen moms, having mentored many over the years. I also have many years of personal growth and relationship training to complement my career.

I am a "hands on" kind of doula with a down to earth personality. I use evidence based practices and always seek to include both mom and birthing partner in the process. My goal is for every woman to have the best pregnancy and birth outcome possible.

Postpartum Doula/ Owner

I am a mom of four, doing life with the ones I love in the rural outskirts of this lovely  lake town in GA. I use my experience as a mom and caregiver to my grandparents along with the training and support I receive from DONA International to proudly serve my community with passion and compassion. 

As a doula, I make myself available to serve and guide families as they navigate the transitions of life in the first few weeks and months after the birth of a new baby. I support the physical as well as emotional needs; providing evidence based education and assistance in order to achieve a more peaceful postpartum journey.

My hope is to fill the gap in postpartum care so that families are not expected to simply survive, but instead thrive. Everyone is worthy of a happy, healthy birth and postpartum!

Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist

As a personal trainer, yoga instructor and nutrition professional I am here to help you stay strong and healthy throughout this new journey. I offer both personal and group style fitness classes as well as in home and gym training plans. Many studies have shown that women who exercise regularly throughout their pregnancy often have shorter labors. In yoga, I can even  help you discover new breathing techniques to aid during labor and in stressful times. I also provide personalized nutrition plans to help you navigate the extra calories your body needs in a way that will benefit both you and your new bundle of joy. I cannot wait to help you!
