Prenatal Yoga
Designed for mom's looking to keep flexibility and strength during pregnancy. The stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation methods practiced in Yoga have been known to shorten labor and ease the birth process.
Core Workout
Designed for all moms wishing to build and restore core muscles and strength. A fun mixture of yoga and pilates in an intimate, non intimidating environment. This workout will benefit the body as it works to support baby during pregnancy as well as prepare the muscles for birth. It can also be geared to restoration of the pelvic floor and abdominals during postpartum and beyond.
Mom & Me Yoga
In this fun, interactive class Rhianna uses tone and movements that relate to children while sneaking in a good workout for mom at the same time. Mom's enjoy yoga together with their child, building greater bond and strength. (Open to all mom's, but generally intended for children 6week-6yr old)
