Welcome to Doula At Hart LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Doula At Hart LLC provides non-medical support services related to birth and postpartum care. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Birth Doula Services
Postpartum Doula Services
Breastfeeding Support
Nutrition and Health Support for Mothers
Each service requires a separate written contract outlining the specific scope, expectations, and terms of that service. All service contracts must be reviewed, confirmed, and signed by the client prior to services being rendered. In the event of any conflict, the individual service contract will control.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a service agreement. Clients under 18 must have a legal guardian co-sign the agreement. All clients must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
By using our services, clients agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Communicate and respond in a timely manner
Cooperate throughout the service period
Use our services in a respectful, lawful, and appropriate manner
All services are offered at flat-rate pricing, which will be clearly outlined in your service contract.
Additional fees may apply for:
Mileage beyond a 20-mile radius from our office
Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered.

Payment terms and due dates are outlined in your service contract. While we strive to show grace regarding billing, late payments will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month, applied cumulatively after the due date.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are outlined in the individual service contract signed by the client and must be followed accordingly.
Doula At Hart LLC retains full ownership and rights to all website content, branding, logos, materials, and resources.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, reuse, distribute, or resell any materials or resources provided by Doula At Hart LLC during services or inquiries without written permission.
Doula At Hart LLC is committed to protecting client privacy. All client information will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted within the service agreement.
Doula At Hart LLC does not guarantee outcomes or results. Experiences and results may vary, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doula At Hart LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Doula At Hart LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of our services
Violation of these Terms
Breach of the service contract
Our website or services may reference third-party platforms, software, or links. Doula At Hart LLC is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or performance.
Doula At Hart LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment
Abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
