Other Destinies

Outside of the Martial, Primal and two Divine destinies, Monks can experiment with a few other Epic Destinies for certain builds.

Fatesinger

This arcane destiny, designed for Bards, offers +4 Melee Power and SP bonuses.

Fatesinger offers only STR or CHA bonuses for alternate training. Most of the abilities are buffs, debuffs or attacks and require more SP than most Monks will likely possess.

Some abilities such as the innate Lucidity aid in Concentration.

The Echoes of the Ancestors abilities may provide useful buffs that reflect other destiny offerings. The Martial and Primal abilities, specifically, Grandmaster of Flowers and Shiradi Champion, may be most useful. Note that the Shiradi buff's bow and thrown weapon attack speed is a special stacking bonus.

Draconic Incarnation

This arcane destiny, designed for Sorcerers, emphasizes elemental damage through spell power and a few extra attacks.

As Teacher Robbenklopper discovered, a Monk that can train in this destiny can see sizable increases in his spell power that may amplify their elemental damage.

While attaining access to this destiny is time consuming (it requires training Legendary Dreadnought and Fatesinger to access this destiny) it shows great promise in increasing Fire spell power for Henshin Mystics and Shintao Monks, who cannot benefit from metamagics and therefore are limited to their innate, equipment, implement, and alchemical-based spell power boosts without this destiny.

The Exalted Angel and Magister destinies are purely spellcaster destinies with little benefit to any Monk to train, except to gain Fate points.
