A Round of Corrections

Corrected numerous errors and updated a few important notes on things like Mummy Rot (new and improved, which affects Monks now more than before--immunities we had before will no longer work fully), added more notes in Disciple and Adept chapters, especially in Quest Strategies. Freshened up a few chapters.

I'll update the guide (in the About this Tome section) so finding me (and sending me questions, comments and errors) is easier.
