Using pastry blender, mix together:

• 1 2/3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup butter or shortening
• 1/2 cup sugar

In separate bowl, combine:

• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 cup water

Combine both mixtures and mix with pastry blender. Form into dough ball. Place in tin foil. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Roll out and put in pie tin.
