Prepare as directed:

• 4-6 cups white rice, cooked and cooled

In large wok, scramble:

• 1 teaspoon oil
• 6-8 eggs
• Dash of pepper

Remove eggs from wok and set aside.

Next, brown in wok:

• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 cup ham, diced

Add:

• 1 onion, chopped

Add more oil and add all ingredients to wok. Fry together, mixing, and warming through. Serve with soy sauce.
